1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trainety, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Trainety on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Nature of the Service
Trainety is a platform for AI business publishing and provider engagement. It helps publishers present project demand and helps providers discover and pursue relevant work.
Trainety is not automatically a party to contracts, statements of work, or payment arrangements entered into between platform users unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate, current information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update inaccurate or outdated information.
- You may not impersonate any person or entity.
- You may not create accounts for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
4. Project Listings and Provider Conduct
Publishers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their project listings. Providers are responsible for the truthfulness of their capabilities, credentials, and outreach.
- Do not publish false, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized content.
- Do not use Trainety to facilitate unlawful activity, harmful AI use, spam, or data scraping.
- Do not harvest user data or project data from the platform without authorization.
5. Commercial Terms Between Users
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Trainety does not guarantee project awards, payments, deliverable quality, provider performance, or any business outcome arising from introductions made through the platform.
Fees, milestones, procurement commitments, and delivery obligations are between the participating users or their organizations.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content and materials you submit, subject to the rights you grant us to host, display, process, and transmit that content as part of operating Trainety.
You grant Qenovia LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service integrity, or create legal, operational, or security risk for others.
- No malware, reverse engineering, credential attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.
- No abusive automation, crawling, or mirroring of marketplace data.
- No illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful conduct connected to the use of Trainety.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed the platform to legal or security risk.
You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes will survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
Trainety is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qenovia LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and results obtained through the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qenovia LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption related to the use of Trainety.
If liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid directly to Qenovia LLC for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are intended to be finalized under the governing law selected in Qenovia LLC’s formal legal setup. Venue, arbitration language, and any state-specific clauses should be reviewed and finalized before public launch.
